About Teacher's Stop
Teacher’s Stop has been servicing parents, students and teachers in the New Orleans area for 12 years. In 1996, a certified elementary school teacher opened the store because she felt the community needed a neighborhood place to purchase supplies where they could receive professional assistance in making their purchases. The store is centrally located in Mid-City New Orleans. In spite of the severe damage the store suffered in 2005, as a result of Hurricane Katrina, it’s owner says,” Learning Never Stops” and that’s why she’s worked and continues to work diligently to rebuild the store and it’s inventory.

The store carries an assortment of educational games, tapes, CD’s, resource books, wall decorations, flash cards and many other materials to help make sure learning never stops. Educational materials are available for children ages birth through 12^th grade. Everyone is welcome to visit the store located 4315 Bienville Avenue N.O. La. 70119 Monday-Thursdays 11am-6pm and Friday-Saturday 11am-4pm because everyone is a teacher.
